HELIOS has been firmly established in Neuenrade since 1914. Our new Mayor, Volker Klüter, has now also had the opportunity to see our strengths and expertise for himself: during a personal discussion with our managing partner, Maximilian Schmerbeck, and a detailed tour of our production site, we were able to demonstrate our high quality in the field of tubular, screw-in, and flanged heating elements, as well as our high level of in-house value creation. The discussion regarding the current challenging economic climate, the difficulties in recruiting, and our approaches to addressing these issues was also significant.
