Smart heat solutions for tough demands.

For over a century, HELIOS has produced top-quality electric heating elements in Neuenrade, 100% Made in Germany. To equip ourselves for the future, we are investing in new machinery at our site. The first step involves a fully automatic bending machine from CSM Machinery, which is used to shape our tubular heating elements. This machine enables us to meet even the most complex customer requirements for tubular heating element bending. To ensure a successful start, intensive training for our employees in the production and engineering departments was also essential. We would like to thank everyone involved for the quick start-up and are delighted with this excellent addition to our machine park.

We welcomed more than 20 members of the Kreis Junger Unternehmer e.V. to our site in Neuenrade for a company presentation followed by a works tour. Our managing partner, Maximilian Schmerbeck, gave an overview of the company’s history, current situation, and diverse range of products and heating solutions offered by HELIOS. Afterwards, the entrepreneurs were able to see for themselves the high-quality, customer-specific manufacturing of our heating elements during a tour of the factory. Our guests were particularly interested in the different applications of our screw-in, flanged, and tubular heating elements. We are delighted to have had them visit and would like to thank the Kreis Junger Unternehmer e.V. for promoting regional networking.
