Smart heat solutions for tough demands.

This was the case with this project for a customer in Japan: two flanged heaters for heating air up to 850°C. Over 100 tubular heaters with an immersion depth of 2.8 m ensure that our electric heating elements meet the strict and demanding requirements. Our entire team at HELIOS, from engineering to final assembly, worked hand in hand to deliver this customised heating solution in the usual high quality as quickly as possible. For over a century, HELIOS has produced top-quality electric heating elements in Neuenrade, 100% Made in Germany. To equip ourselves for the future, we are investing in new machinery at our site. The first step involves a fully automatic bending machine from CSM Machinery, which is used to shape our tubular heating elements. This machine enables us to meet even the most complex customer requirements for tubular heating element bending. To ensure a successful start, intensive training for our employees in the production and engineering departments was also essential. We would like to thank everyone involved for the quick start-up and are delighted with this excellent addition to our machine park.
