The high quality of our tubular heating elements is an integral part of our DNA at HELIOS and is appreciated by our customers worldwide. That is why we invest continuously. The latest additions are a filling machine and a reduction rolling mill of the latest generation from CSM Machinery. The satisfied faces of our employees speak volumes about the smooth installation and successful commissioning. This was the case with this project for a customer in Japan: two flanged heaters for heating air up to 850°C. Over 100 tubular heaters with an immersion depth of 2.8 m ensure that our electric heating elements meet the strict and demanding requirements. Our entire team at HELIOS, from engineering to final assembly, worked hand in hand to deliver this customised heating solution in the usual high quality as quickly as possible.
