VERSATILE SCREW-IN HEATING ELEMENTS.

HELIOS screw-in heating elements with control systems are ideally suited to the direct heating of liquid media such as water, oil, chemicals and gaseous media.

Dependent on your order, you will receive from us screw-in heating elements with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel, which we will adapt to the respective application situation and the medium that is to be heated.

The surface load, a decisive design feature for a long service life of the screw-in heating element, will be selected for your special intended purpose. For precise temperature monitoring, the screw-in heating elements can be supplied with different controllers and/or limiters as well as measurement sensors or sheathed thermocouples. An additional cooling zone is required at temperatures above 120 °C.
